White House Farm Masterplan
Proposals for the creation of three new dwellings and the sensitive restoration of a Grade II listed farmhouse at White House Farm, Cadeby.
The original farmhouse, dating from the mid-18th century, is to be refurbished and modernised to support contemporary living while preserving its historic character. Two stone barns within the curtilage of the farmhouse are proposed for conversion into generous four-bedroom family homes.
A new five-bedroom house is proposed on the historic footprint of a former timber-framed barn. The house is conceived as a natural extension of the existing farmstead, contributing to a cohesive ensemble of buildings that reinforces the site’s rural heritage and character.
